AnswerBoost operates automated SMS systems on behalf of our business clients. End-consumers who receive SMS messages through our platform have called the client business first — their inbound call constitutes consent to receive a single follow-up text message.

Every SMS sent through our platform includes opt-out instructions. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you have opted in to receive SMS communications directly from AnswerBoost, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at hello@getanswerboost.com.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — including Telnyx (SMS delivery), Make.com (automation), and OpenAI (AI responses), who process data under confidentiality agreements solely to deliver our services
